Please read these terms carefully. By booking a ride, you agree to these policies which protect both our passengers and our drivers.
1. Pricing & Payment
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Personal Checks. Payment is due at the time of service or as pre-arranged with the office.
Quote Validity
All quotes are subject to change based on current fuel prices and market conditions. Quote is based on our local 5-mile servicing area.
Short Notice Booking Fees (SOS)
Requests made with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a **$10.00 Short Notice Booking Fee** to cover urgent dispatch logistics.
2. Cancellation Policy
24+ Hours
No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Less than 24h
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a **50% trip fee** if a driver was already assigned.
No Show
Failing to appear at pickup without notice will result in a **100% charge** of the quoted rate.
3. Liability & Responsibility
Missed Flights & Appointments
Ride With Us and its developers are not liable for missed flights, train departures, or medical appointments due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or road closures beyond our control.
Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
4. SMS Communications & Alerts
Ride With Us Alerts
If you choose to opt in to receive SMS alerts, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Verace Family LLC (doing business as Ride With Us). These messages are for transactional purposes only, including ride confirmations, driver status updates, and secure login verification codes. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of service or purchase.

- Customer Care Information: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us directly.
- Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to cancel and opt-out of all future text messages.

5. Platform Disclaimer
The "Ride With Us" platform is provided "as is" for the convenience of Tiz (Owner) and her clients. The developer of this platform is not responsible for transportation logistics, billing disputes, or driver performance. By using this platform, you agree to hold the developer harmless from any operational claims arising from your trip.
